Custom mechanical design of fixtures, equipment and tooling
Bench top fixture developed by EP Environmental Manufacturing Consulting to maintain a specified level of force when pressing plastic end pieces into a mating metal strip.
Horizontal machining center designed to machine multiple parts in one set-up. This fixture was designed with tight tolerances to position parts accurately.
This cutting machine is capable of cutting insulation strips upto 17″ long at a rate of 4 seconds per piece. Insulation tap strips are commonly use to isolate backplanes from conductive materials such as aluminum extrusions in electronic enclosures.
